In the interior materials class I took in Winter 2024, I learned about the process designers use when it comes to picking out materials for projects. Throughout the class, I completed in-person site evaluations of two different locations of Dancing Goats Coffee, created an in-depth digital materials notebook, researched and presented about acoustic treatments, and more. My final project is shown below, which entailed being assigned a floor plan and selecting and documenting floor to ceiling finishes and furniture pieces.
